DISCLAIMER & RELEASE: My participation (by reading content on this site, or by participating in any of the trainings or sessions offered or promoted herein) indicates that I am at least 18 years of age, of sound mental capacity, and understand and agree to the following:

The classes, training, sessions, Transmissions, programs, events, information, materials, methods, worksheets, and attachments (hereafter referred to as “the information”) taught and shared in this teleclass/workshop/live event, training, program, or session are designed for educational purposes only and may not be reproduced in any manner without specific written permission from Ken W Stone. I understand and acknowledge that “the information” does not in any way provide a monetary guarantee of any kind nor is it intended to be considered financial or medical advice, medical diagnosis or medical treatment. Ken W Stone, Beneath the Sand, Inc., and any and all associates shall not be held responsible or liable for claims of any nature inferred from these trainings or training materials, including but not limited to any medical related claims. I accept full and total responsibility for continuing with my own medical treatment and healthcare.

I have read and understand this agreement and authorize the session(s) to which it pertains. This release and waiver is part of the consideration to Beneath the Sand, Inc., and Ken W Stone, (hereafter referred to as “Ken”) is receiving for this information, and Ken would not provide the information without this release and waiver. On behalf of myself, and my heirs, representatives, successors, and assigns, I release and waive any and all claims in conjunction with this session that I or they now have or may have in the future against Ken, his employees, contractors, and agents, as well as all persons and organizations advising, promoting, sponsoring, hosting, or otherwise involved with this session — and their heirs, representatives, successors, and assigns.

I hereby grant Ken and any and all associates the unlimited right throughout the Universe to record my voice and (in the case of in-person events) photograph or videotape me at any time during this training/teleclass/workshop/live event. In addition, I grant Beneath the Sand, Inc., and Ken W Stone and any and all associates full permission to use my name, voice recordings, written words, voice and/or video testimonials, in any form of products, as well as in sales and marketing materials both on and offline including, but not limited to, audio, digital, and/or physical products, and I grant Beneath the Sand, Inc., and Ken W Stone and any and all associates the right to publish, distribute, and/or sell these materials in any form.

GDPR Compliance: In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation, when you join our email list, you have the option of electing not to receive email marketing from us, to receive marketing email that includes promotions related to Ken’s work as well as partners, or to receive promotional email exclusively related to Ken’s work. When you purchase a program, you are agreeing to receive marketing email from Beneath the Sand, Inc. related exclusively to programs connected to Ken’s work. Ticket Sales and Refunds: All ticket purchases for virtual events are final and non-refundable. In the event of cancellation or postponement, ticket holders will be notified and given alternative options (e.g., event credits or access to a future event).

Advertising and Claims: Any claims regarding event benefits or outcomes are not guaranteed and should be interpreted in alignment with our FTC Compliance. Testimonials or endorsements are for illustrative purposes and reflect individual experiences.
